Location & Pickup
Where are you located?
Houston, Texas.
Where is pickup?
On the west side of The Heights, Houston, Texas. The exact pickup location will be shared after your order is confirmed.
Do you deliver or ship?
Right now, it's pickup only - by law, I cannot ship.

Ordering & Payment
How far in advance should I order?
At least 2 weeks before your desired pickup date.
Why is there a rush fee?
Orders with 0pickup dates within 2 weeks are considered rush orders. If I can fit your order in, the fee covers extra prep time.
What if I don't have a design yet?
No problem! Share your theme, colors, or inspo, and I'll design the rest.
How do I order & pay?
Click the "Custom Orders" icon in the upper right corner and submit the form. Once your pick up date/time is confirmed, I'll email you an invoice.
When is payment due?
Within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Not doing so may result in losing your order.
Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation 11+ days before your pickup date: 70% refund
Cancellation 8-10 days before your pickup date: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 8 days before your pickup date: No refund (order is in progress)

To freeze: Keep cookies in their heat sealed bags, place in an airtight container, and freeze for up to 3 months.
To defrost: Set the container for 12 hours. Do NOT open the container until cookies have thawed to avoid condensation.
